My name is Sam. I have been cake decorating since 2009 and I love it! I had an excellent teacher. Once I completed my courses I continued to learn through blogs, YouTube videos, tons of reading, and even more practicing. I love what I do and I hope that you enjoy our posts! I don't know everything about cake decorating, and probably never will, but I know that I will continue learning more and more throughout the years.
